Every Barron Construction project begins with listening. We take time to understand your vision, your lifestyle, and the specific demands of your home — then translate that into a precise scope, a realistic budget, and a timeline you can count on. Stephen Barron is directly involved in every project, ensuring that the quality and communication you expect never wavers.

From excavation and foundation to finish carpentry and final touch-ups, our team brings the same level of craft to every phase of the build. We work with licensed subcontractors, use premium materials from manufacturers like Marvin, Simpson, and TimberTech, and hold ourselves to a standard that goes beyond what's required — because good enough has never been part of how we build.

As we begin closing the door on our 2 year remodeling journey, I just wanted to THANK YOU for introducing us to Stephen Barron. He has been such a pleasure to work with!! Before the construction started, I heard from many people that these projects take forever and could be a nightmare! Our project was anything but that! Stephen is very well organized and his crew is absolutely wonderful. Even our neighbors commented on how impressed they were with everyone and that they were always working in something at the house – rain or shine. I would not hesitate to recommend Stephen for other projects – in fact, I am so glad our neighbor down the street retained him for another long project! As he gets closer to the end of that project I’m going to shop him around and hopefully keep him in the neighborhood for the next few years!! Thank you again!!

I had the pleasure of Barron Construction building a 3 unit building from the ground up in Noe Valley. Stephen Barron was a pleasure to work with and was always present. He had an uncanny way of making sure the subs were on site and meeting timelines. The build quality was great and he continued to manage any fit and finish request for the following year in a timely manner. Stephen is very knowledgeable and I would highly recommend using Barron Construction.

Our company has been associated with S Barron Construction since its establishment and after various successful collaborations over the years, still stands strong as one of the most dependable business partners. Stephen provided work for us on a project in 2013 which included major excavation, foundation work and working with steel beams. He has an enormous amount of experience and it showed on the jobsite. His quality of work was consistently top-notch. He kept us closely informed of schedules, delivery dates and completion dates, was conscientious about following project specifications. Stephen has mastered the art of budgeting a project and completing it within the stipulated time frame. He is well equipped to meet the requirements of his clients and does so on a consistent basis.

We have worked with Stephen Barron on two occasions now. The first time, Stephen helped guide us through bringing our property up to code for a condo conversion. He was fast, communicative and effective. When we needed to remodel our bathroom a year later, working with Stephen was a no brainer. We worked with him directly to design our own "down to the studs" remodel and now have a gorgeous bathroom.
